Pay creators a flat fee, per view, or base + bonus. Viralytics calculates every payout from real TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube views and records exactly which posts you've paid for.
What Viralytics does for creator payouts

Set the deal once. Views, earnings, and balances keep themselves up to date.
01
Put creators in a payment group and set the deal once: a base per video or per week, a CPM rate, view-milestone bonuses — or any mix. Rates can differ by platform.
02
Viralytics tracks every post on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and refreshes the views. Each creator's earnings update as their posts grow.
03
The payouts dashboard shows each creator's earned, paid, and outstanding balance, post by post — including which posts just crossed a bonus tier.
04
Send the money however you already do — bank, Wise, PayPal. Mark the payout paid and Viralytics records exactly which posts it covered, so nothing gets paid twice.
Run all three in the same workspace — one group on per-view, another on base + bonus.
Flat fee
The simplest deal. Set a base per video, or a weekly retainer.
Pay per view
Cost tied directly to results — the model clipping programs run on.
Hybrid
Guaranteed pay for the creator, upside when a video takes off.
A creator on $20 base per video on each platform (500-view minimum) with milestone tiers paying a total of $40 at 10K views, $80 at 50K, and $150 at 100K. Four posts this week:
| Post | Views | Base | Bonus | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TikTok #1 | 2,000 | $20 | — | $20 |
| Reel #1 | 300 | $0 (under 500) | — | $0 |
| TikTok #2 | 24,000 | $20 | $20 (10K tier) | $40 |
| Short #1 | 120,000 | $20 | $130 (100K tier) | $150 |
| Week | 146,300 | $60 | $150 | $210 · $1.44 CPM |
Viralytics does this for every creator, every post, as views come in — and shows the $1.44 effective CPM next to your flat-fee and per-view creators so you can see who's worth the money.
The edge cases that break a payout spreadsheet, handled.
Give a group one rate card, then override base, CPM, tiers, or minimum views for an individual creator without touching anyone else.
TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts rarely earn the same. Set base pay, minimum views, and bonus tiers per platform.
Skip a post that broke the brief, skip a single bonus, or override what one post pays — the totals recalculate instantly.
Change a creator's rates and every change is logged with an effective date, so older posts keep the rate they were made under.
Each payout stores its amount, date, method, receipt link, and the exact post IDs it paid for. Filter by date and export to CSV.
Total paid ÷ total views × 1,000 for every creator — so flat-fee, per-view, and hybrid creators compare on one scale.
Send each creator a private link instead of answering “did I get paid for this?” in DMs.
Viralytics is the system of record, not a payment processor — so it never sits between you and your creators.
UGC payout software works out what each content creator in a paid UGC program has earned — from their deal terms and the real views their posts got — and keeps a record of what has been paid and what is still owed. Viralytics does this for creators posting on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and gives each creator a private portal showing their rates, earnings, and payment history.
Viralytics automates the parts that take the time: tracking every post, refreshing views, applying each creator's rates, and calculating base pay, CPM pay, and milestone bonuses. You still send the money through your own bank, Wise, PayPal, or other payment provider, then mark the payout paid in Viralytics, which records the posts it covered. Viralytics never holds your funds.
No. You pay a flat subscription based on the number of videos you track — from $40/month for 500 videos — and there is no fee on the money you pay creators. Payout-platform tools typically charge a percentage of every payout instead.
Set a CPM rate on the creator's payment group — for example $2 per 1,000 views. Viralytics multiplies each creator's tracked views by that rate, either per week or all-time, and shows the amount owed. You can restrict CPM pay to posts within a view range and combine it with a base fee.
Yes. Base pay, minimum views, and milestone bonus tiers can all be set per platform, at the group level or for an individual creator. A video cross-posted to several platforms can earn base on each one.
You define view tiers and the total a video pays at each one — for example $40 at 10,000 views and $150 at 100,000. When a post crosses a tier, the bonus is the tier total minus the creator's base. A post's views lock 15 days after it's posted, and that locked count decides the tier, so bonuses can't be re-triggered months later.
Yes. Each creator gets a private link to a portal with their rates, milestone bonus table, payment history, and the exact posts each payment covered. They can also paste a post link to check whether it has been paid.
