Creator tracking data
When you add creators to track, we collect and store publicly available TikTok and Instagram metrics associated with those creator profiles — including views, engagement rates, post counts, and estimated CPM. This data is sourced from public social media profiles only.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Viralytics Service
- Send transactional emails, including payment receipts, sync notifications, and weekly analytics reports
- Analyze usage patterns and user behavior in aggregate to understand what features work well and where we should invest in improvements

- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service
