Facebook data deletion

Viralytics lets you connect Facebook Pages you manage so you can publish your own videos to them as Reels. This page explains how to remove that access and delete the data, and confirms deletion requests.

How to delete your Facebook data

1. Remove the app on Facebook. Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites) → remove Viralytics Publish. Facebook notifies us and we immediately revoke the stored Page access tokens.
2. Or request full deletion. When you remove the app, Facebook also lets you send a data deletion request. We then delete the connected Page records and their tokens, and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
3. Or just email us. Write to support@getviralytics.com from the address on your account and we'll handle it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• The connected Facebook Page records (Page ID, Page name, Page picture and connection settings).
• The stored Page access tokens, so Viralytics can no longer publish to those Pages.
