Instagram data deletion

Viralytics lets you connect your own Instagram account so you can schedule and publish your own videos to it. This page is where Instagram data deletion requests are confirmed.

How to delete your Instagram data

1. Remove the app on Instagram. Instagram app → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove Viralytics. Instagram notifies us and we immediately revoke the stored access token.
2. Or request full deletion. Instagram's data deletion request sends us an erasure request, and we delete the connected account record, the stored token, and the posts scheduled for it. You get a confirmation code and a link back to this page.
3. Or just email us. Write to support@getviralytics.com from the address on your account and we'll handle it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• The connected Instagram account record (Instagram user id, username, and connection settings).
• The stored Instagram access token, so Viralytics can no longer act on the account.
• Any scheduled or queued posts created for that account, along with their publish history.
